Construction Job Force in Portland, OR is seeking a Plastic Fabricator / Welder to prepare, fabricate, and weld plastic components from patterns and blueprints, ensuring parts meet quality and safety standards.

The role requires operating fabrication tools and welding equipment, reading drawings, taking precise measurements, lifting up to 50 pounds, and collaborating to maintain production flow in a clean, onsite manufacturing environment.

Formación

• Experience in plastic fabrication and plastic welding.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret patterns, blueprints, and other written materials relevant to fabrication and welding.
• Ability to perform plastic welding using appropriate techniques to join PVC and other plastics.
• Proficiency with fabrication tools and equipment in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lb.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, fabricate, and weld plastic constructions, components, and structures per specs.
• Read drawings and blueprints to determine dimensions, materials, and methods.
• Operate fabrication tools and welding equipment to cut, form, and assemble parts.
• Perform plastic welding to ensure strong, clean welds.
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy and conformance to specs.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow procedures.
