Repligen is seeking a skilled Fabrication Associate I to perform plastic welding and fabrication of custom assemblies in a GMP environment. You will read engineering drawings, follow SOPs, operate hand and power tools, and uphold safety and quality standards.

This role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Based in Shrewsbury, MA, you will contribute to efficient workflows, support internal and external customers, and participate in lean initiatives while

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and interpret dimensional drawings, specifications, and job orders.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail with hands-on fabrication experience.

Responsabilités

• Interpret blueprints and client concepts to fabricate custom plastic assemblies and equipment.
• Produce high-quality work meeting specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
• Adhere to safety, GMP, and company procedures; promote safety and operational excellence.
• Follow SOPs and production schedules to support efficient workflow and on-time delivery.
• Use hand and power tools to manufacture products; maintain craftsmanship and accuracy.
• Inspect work and escalate quality concerns; support problem resolution.
• Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners to achieve department goals.
• Contribute ideas for process improvements to enhance quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Maintain clean, organized workspace in line with 5S and GMP requirements.
