Repligen Corp is seeking a Manufacturing Associate I in Hopkinton, MA to support production of fluid management products. You will assemble parts, read drawings, inspect products, package, label, and maintain GDP documentation in a cleanroom.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities to learn the Repligen Performance System and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of relevant experience are required.
• HS Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• Basic arithmetic skills are required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Wear PPE and follow all safety protocols.

Responsabilités

• Conduct basic and complex assembly techniques.
• Read manufacturing drawings and follow SOPs of varying complexity.
• Perform detailed visual inspections on in-process and finished products.
• Package and label finished products.
• Work in a fast-paced ISO certified cleanroom environment with a team.
• Perform daily housekeeping tasks as assigned.
• Cut tubing and polymer film to meet tolerances using tools.
• Safely operate cleanroom machinery per SOPs.
• Perform inventory counts and report inaccuracies promptly.
• Complete documentation according to GDP.
• Learn the Repligen Performance System and contribute to continuous improvement.
