Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and comprehend work instructions in English.
• 1–2 years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude with manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot extrusion process for conductors and fibers.
• Follow production schedules and SOPs to minimize scrap and downtime.
• Inspect products per Control Plan and document results.
• Perform preventative maintenance and orders materials as needed.
• Collaborate with engineers on special product projects.
• Maintain clean, organized working area and follow PPE rules.
