You will design plastic components and products, ensure manufacturability and cost-effectiveness, and work with cross-functional teams using CAD tools. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or plastics engineering.
• Hands-on injection molding experience a plus.
• SolidWorks knowledge required.
• Experience with prototyping techniques and rapid iteration.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop plastic components and products for manufacturability and cost-effectiveness.
• Create CAD models and drawings; validate designs through prototyping and testing.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, QA, purchasing, and product management.
• Maintain design documentation and change records.
