You will operate across established platforms with aggressive marketing, full clinical and operational support, and multi‑location access to grow patient volume and earnings.

This role offers clinical autonomy with infrastructure to scale, including scheduling coordination and cross‑facility collaboration to maximize outcomes and revenue.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with plastic/cosmetic surgery residency.
• Active Florida medical license.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform cosmetic/plastic surgery procedures.
• Consult patients and plan treatment paths (pre‑op/post‑op).

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a surgeon who:

• Converts consultations into procedures at a high level
• Moves with urgency and efficiency in both clinic and OR
• Is confident in both surgical and non‑surgical revenue streams
• Takes ownership of outcomes, patients, and growth
• Wants to scale - not just maintain

Scope of Practice

• Cosmetic and plastic surgical procedures
• Injectables, fillers, and non‑surgical aesthetic treatments
• Patient consultations and treatment planning
• Pre‑op and post‑op management
• Collaboration with the clinical and operations team to drive volume and efficiency

Qualifications

• MD (1) or DO
• Completion of an accredited Plastic or Cosmetic Surgery residency
• Active Florida medical license
• Board Certified or Board Eligible preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of cosmetic/plastic surgery experience preferred
• ASC experience preferred
