Job summary

IBI Clinic in Georgia and Florida is expanding aggressively and seeks a Plastic/Cosmetic Surgeon who wants more than a job. This scalable platform includes infrastructure, marketing, and operational support so you can focus on operating, converting, and maximizing income.

You’ll have multi-location access, dedicated scheduling and patient-flow teams, and the chance to lead both surgical and non-surgical revenue streams with clinical autonomy.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with completed Plastic or Cosmetic Surgery residency.
• Active Florida medical license.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible preferred.
• 2+ years of cosmetic/plastic surgery experience; ASC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cosmetic/plastic surgical procedures and non‑surgical aesthetic treatments.
• Patient consultations and treatment planning.
• Pre‑op and post‑op management.
• Collaborate with clinical and operations team to drive volume and efficiency.

Scope of Practice

• Cosmetic and plastic surgical procedures

• Completion of an accredited Plastic or Cosmetic Surgery residency
• Active Florida medical license

Experience

• ASC experience preferred
