IBI Clinic is expanding aggressively across Georgia and Florida, seeking a Plastic/Cosmetic Surgeon to join a scalable platform with established marketing and operational support. You will focus on operating, converting, and maximizing income across multiple locations in Florida and Georgia.

The role offers clinical autonomy within a full support system, with opportunities to work across cosmetic and plastic surgical procedures and non-surgical treatments in a high-demand practice.

Formación

• MD or DO with board certification in plastic/cosmetic surgery.
• Completion of an accredited Plastic or Cosmetic Surgery residency.
• Active Florida medical license required to practice in Florida.
• Board certification or eligibility preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform cosmetic and plastic surgical procedures across platforms.
• Offer injectables, fillers, and non-surgical aesthetic treatments.
• Conduct patient consultations and develop treatment plans.
• Manage pre-op and post-op processes in collaboration with teams.
• Collaborate with clinical and operations staff to drive volume and efficiency.

Scope of Practice

• Cosmetic and plastic surgical procedures
• Injectables, fillers, and non-surgical aesthetic treatments
• Patient consultations and treatment planning

Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Completion of an accredited Plastic or Cosmetic Surgery residency
• Active Florida medical license
• Board Certified or Board Eligible preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of cosmetic/plastic surgery experience preferred
• ASC experience preferred
