Job summary

DFAMILK is seeking a dedicated Blow Molding Operator in Frederick, MD to run plastic blow molding machines safely and efficiently, following SOPs and quality standards.

You will monitor lines, train teammates, analyze data to improve throughput, and maintain GMP-compliant conditions to ensure food-grade manufacturing.

This role requires teamwork, clear communication, and the ability to maintain accurate records in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Certification and/or License may be required during employment.
• Warehouse, production, or general work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate plastic blow molding machines to produce containers safely and efficiently.
• Monitor conveyor lines for damaged bottles.
• Train others on blowmold operations and maintain SOP documentation.
• Analyze process data and equipment performance data to improve quality and throughput.
• Maintain safe working conditions and comply with GMP and health regulations.
