Job summary

Dairy Farmers of America is seeking an operator to run blow molding machines and monitor lines for safe, efficient production of containers. You will support quality and sanitation while following GMP and SOPs.

The role requires teamwork, clear communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Training will be provided to maintain compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Warehouse, production, or general work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor conveyor lines for damaged bottles.
• Operate bagger and debagger stations.
• Troubleshoot and implement minor repairs of blowmold equipment.
• Train others on blowmold operations.
• Maintain open communication with other departments to report issues.
• Document information per SOPs.
• Analyze process and equipment data to improve quality and throughput.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements.
