Job summary

Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. is seeking a Production Hauler to safely transfer finished goods from the production floor to the stocking yard and assist with production as needed.

The role requires 40+ hours per week, including weekends, and emphasizes PPE compliance, safe forklift operation, and accurate material handling. The ideal candidate demonstrates self-motivation, dependability, basic math skills, and strong written/verbal communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 75 pounds to a height of 6 feet.
• Stand and move for long periods; work in varying temperatures.
• Forklift experience is preferred and safe operation is essential.
• Good written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Self-motivation, dependability, and teamwork are important.
• Basic math skills are needed for loading and inventory tasks.

Responsibilities

• Transport finished goods from the production floor to the stocking yard.
• Assist with on-line and off-line production as needed.
• Maintain PPE compliance and a safe work environment.
• Communicate unsafe conditions to supervisors.
• Track quantity of units produced on the line.
• Assist with preventive maintenance activities.
• Operate forklift safely and perform basic maintenance.
• Maintain paperwork and record finished goods movements.
• Keep the facility and yard clean and organized.
• Support loading of trucks as needed.
• Conduct visual product quality inspections.
• Follow ADS core values and procedures.
