Responsibilities

• Layout project according to plans & specifications.
• Coordinate preparation of plaster products.
• Mix and prepare plastering/EIFS materials.
• Carry and transfer material.
• Coordinate the staging of the material.
• Measure, cut and install EIFS substrate.
• Install mesh, leveling coats and finishes for EIFS.
• Install multi-step plaster systems at structures.
• Clean up and protect tools & equipment.
• Erect and dismantle scaffolds.
• Calculate unit costs based on materials and labor.

Job Description

• Layout project according to plans & specifications
• Coordinate preparation of plaster products with Labor Foremen
• Mix and prepare plastering/EIFS materials
• Carry and transfer of material
• Coordinate the staging of the material
• Measure, cut and install EIFS substrate
• Install mesh, leveling coats and finishes for EIFS
• Install multi-step plaster systems at the exterior and interior structures
• Clean up, protect, move material, tools & equipment
• Erect and dismantle scaffolds
• Calculate unit costs based on quantity of material installed, hours worked and labor dollars

Training

Attend and participate in all required company training programs. Conform to all company policies and procedures.

On-the-job training offered. This position is safety-sensitive.
