Job summary

PCI Services, LLC is seeking plasterers to deliver smooth, lasting EIFS finishes on a variety of projects. Whether you’re just starting out or bring experience, you’ll join a team focused on craftsmanship and safety.

You will layout according to plans, prepare materials, install EIFS substrates, mesh, leveling coats, and finishes while coordinating with foremen and maintaining a clean worksite. This role is on-site with hands-on learning and safety training.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Able to withstand prolonged periods standing and working outside.
• Physically able to perform assigned tasks.
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds at a time.

Responsibilities

• Layout project according to plans & specifications.
• Coordinate preparation of plaster products with Labor Foremen.
• Mix and prepare plastering/EIFS materials.
• Carry and transfer of material.
• Coordinate the staging of the material.
• Measure, cut and install EIFS substrate.
• Install mesh, leveling coats and finishes for EIFS.
• Install multi-step plaster systems at the exterior and interior structures.
• Clean up, protect, move material, tools & equipment.
• Erect and dismantle scaffolds.
• Calculate unit costs based on quantity of material installed, hours worked and labor dollars.
