Qualifications

• Essential: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Desired: Experience in a laboratory, hospital, or other regulated environment is a plus.
• Must be able to perform duties in a production environment with attention to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
• Perform all required duties in the area of Sample Processing (including, but not limited to): preparation of plasma units for freezing, preparation of samples for testing, and preparation for shipping.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with cGMP and other regulations.
• Operate and maintain freezer equipment, monitor temperatures, and assist with shipments and inventory control.
