Kedrion Biopharma Inc. is seeking a Processing Technician in the United States to join our plasma processing team. You will perform aseptic sampling, heat sealing, labeling, and storage of plasma units, while upholding cGMP, SOPs, and safety standards.

Responsibilities include monitoring freezer temperatures, coordinating with shipping, and maintaining accurate records. A high school diploma is required and you must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Conduct aseptic sampling and heat sealing of plasma units and store per timing requirements.
• Monitor freezer/refrigerator temperatures and report deviations.
• Process plasma and samples per cGMP, SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain safety and integrity during processing, storage, and shipment.
• Perform centrifugation, labeling, inspection, and classification of products.
• Prepare, calibrate, and verify equipment maintenance as scheduled.
• Manage product packing, inventory, and freezer organization for efficiency.
• Determine disposition of unsuitable products with complete documentation.
• Prepare and verify shipments according to SOPs.
• Receive and inventory incoming supplies, keeping storage area clean.
• Identify released units daily and stage for shipment.
• Maintain records and data integrity in all processing activities.
• Follow unidirectional flow to prevent cross-contamination.
• Keep processing area clean, stocked with supplies.
• Answer calls professionally and transfer as needed.
