The role emphasizes precise documentation, temperature monitoring, equipment calibration, and safe handling through fast-paced environments. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required to support production goals while upholding product

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to follow strict procedures with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Familiarity with FDA, cGMP and OSHA regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete aseptic sampling and heat sealing of plasma units and store in freezers within required timeframes.
• Monitor freezer and refrigerator temperatures and report deviations.
• Process plasma and samples per cGMP, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain product safety and integrity during processing, storage, and shipment.
• Perform centrifugation, labeling, inspection, and classification of products.
• Prepare, calibrate, and verify equipment maintenance as scheduled.
• Manage product packing, inventory, and freezer organization.
• Document all processing activities with data integrity.
• Follow unidirectional flow procedures to prevent cross-contamination.
• Identify released units and stage for shipment; support donor questions professionally.
