Job summary

Kedrion Biopharma Inc. is seeking a Processing Technician to support plasma processing, sampling, and storage in a regulated environment. You will help ensure product quality and compliance with safety standards while supporting production goals.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail, ability to follow cGMP and SOPs, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Prior FDA/OSHA familiarity is a plus; contact the Talent Acquisition team for details.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete aseptic sampling and heat sealing of plasma units within required timeframes.
• Monitor freezer and refrigerator temperatures and report deviations.
• Process plasma according to cGMP, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain safety, integrity, and proper storage of products.
• Perform centrifugation, labeling, inspection, and classification of products.
• Prepare and verify equipment maintenance as scheduled.
• Record-keeping and data integrity across processing activities.
• Follow unidirectional flow procedures to prevent cross-contamination.
