Job summary

Grifols is seeking a Plasma Processor (Customer Service) to join our plasma center team in Texas. You will help collect, process and package donor samples, maintain accurate donor files, and support shipping and inventory control while working in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, a flexible schedule, and a genuine interest in helping others. Training is provided to develop strong organizational, computer, and troubleshooting skills in a clinical setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collects and processes donor samples for processing and testing.
• Records weight of product and samples.
• Labels samples and freezes units for final packing within required timeframe.
• Packs units for final shipment; packs samples and prepares shipping box to send samples to the testing lab.
• Monitors stored products and reports working conditions of equipment.
• Maintains active communication and quality.
