Job summary

Kedrion Biopharma Inc. invites qualified candidates to join our Kedplasma team in New Jersey as a Phlebotomist. You will guide donors through a safe plasma donation process, perform venipuncture, and maintain a clean, compliant center environment.

You will work with a team focused on quality and donor care, following SOPs and regulatory standards, while ensuring data integrity and donor confidentiality. Training opportunities and a professional, compassionate environment are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy certification is preferred (required in California).
• At least 1 year of phlebotomy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate donors on the donation process, center policies, compensation, and the importance of plasma-based therapies.
• Greet donors and perform introductions to establish trust and comfort.
• Conduct venipuncture procedures following SOPs and monitor donor well-being during donation.
• Maintain and calibrate equipment, report malfunctions, and ensure readiness for daily operations.
• Set up plasma donation machines and respond to alarms and shutdowns.
• Record donor data and any incidents in the donor information system.
• Respond to donor complaints, deferrals, or concerns promptly and professionally.
