Job summary

Belcan Corporation in Clayton, NC seeks a Plasma Material Handling Associate Operator. The role processes plasma materials from donor centers to fractionation, using forklifts and the Plasma Management System (SGP). Start date is immediate.

Responsibilities include unloading shipments, inventory control, and ensuring CGMP compliance in a fast-paced facility. A high school diploma and manufacturing or FDA-experience are preferred; OT may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; manufacturing/pharma/FDA setting desirable.
• Experience with cGMPs and SOPs desirable.
• Ability to read, understand and follow SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Unload plasma shipments and classify plasma types; enter receipts into SGP.
• Inspect equipment for damage and determine suitability for production use.
• Operate RF Terminal to track inventory movements in freezer and warehouse locations.
• Locate plasma from freezer work orders and retrieve materials.
• Identify and remove unsuitable plasma units from production units and lots.
• Assist in the classification area by managing plasma that is rejected or relocated.
• Maintain CGMP compliance through cleanliness and organization.
• Comply with company policies, SOPs, cGMP, OSHA and EHS requirements.
• Possess ability to work OT as needed.
