Superior Tank Co., Inc. is seeking a CNC Machine Operator in Texas to run CNC laser/plasma equipment and produce precision parts in a hands-on shop environment.

You will read blueprints, monitor performance, and ensure quality and dimensional accuracy while maintaining a safe, clean workspace. A 2+ year track record and ability to work overtime are preferred.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating CNC laser/plasma cutting equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read blueprints, shop drawings, and verify dimensional requirements.
• Basic computer skills including tablets, smartphones, and Windows PCs.
• CAD programming knowledge is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Operate CNC laser/plasma cutting equipment to produce parts per specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and technical documents.
• Monitor machine performance, adjust settings, and troubleshoot basic issues.
• Inspect finished parts for quality and dimensional accuracy.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and keep area clean and safe.
• Operate overhead cranes to move materials safely.
• Maintain production and material records.
• Collaborate with production team to meet schedules and deadlines.
• Follow safety procedures and perform other duties as assigned.
