Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in Life Sciences, ASCP certification, and several years of relevant experience. You will play a key role in advancing testing capabilities and ensuring accurate outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in a hospital laboratory, plasma, or blood collection environment.
• Knowledge of laboratory testing protocols and viral marker testing.
• Strong understanding of FDA cGMP, CLIA, and OSHA regulations.
• Experience with laboratory data management and documentation processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily laboratory operations to ensure compliance and quality.
• Manage laboratory staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Monitor laboratory inventory and ensure proper stock levels.
• Implement new testing methods to meet evolving requirements.
