  • Support 24/7 manufacturing operations
  • Develop and implement improved methods of manufacturing, procedures and processes
  • Implement improvement plans for efficiency, cost reduction or quality upgrades
  • Perform lot and equipment dispositions to optimize production flow in high-volume fab
  • Identify systemic process/equipment issues and communicate findings to engineering staff
  • Support ramp with equipment/startup execution and process experiments
  • Participate in data analysis and problem resolution
