Job summary

Qualifications

• At least three months’ experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Basic math skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Conducting health screenings (blood pressure, pulse, weight, fingerstick for hematocrit and proteins).
• Assisting donors with information about plasma-derived therapeutics.
• Managing donor data entry.
• Ensuring a safe, clean environment.
• May involve training in additional functions, answering calls, and supporting hyperimmune programs if applicable.
