Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a Donor Services Associate for a plasma donation center. You will manage donor registration, conduct health history assessments, and provide donor education to ensure safe plasma collection. You will perform screenings, support donor transfers, and ensure compliance with SOPs and OSHA guidelines while delivering excellent customer service to diverse donor populations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 months of clerical or customer service experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Basic math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct health history assessments and donor health checks.
• Perform health screenings (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, finger stick tests).
• Educate donors on plasma products and procedures.
• Maintain accurate electronic records of donations.
• Assist with donor transfers and coordination.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, HSE and OSHA policies.
