Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a healthcare professional to provide medical evaluation and emergency care for plasma donors in a regulated collection setting. You will assess donor suitability, review medical history and test results, and administer routine care per SOPs.

In addition, you will respond to medical issues, counsel donors on reactive test results, refer for follow-up as needed, and collaborate with the Center Medical Director and staff to maintain donor safety and regulatory

Qualifications

• Graduate from paramedic, nursing, PA, chiropractic, medical school, or naturopathic program.
• Current state licensure or certification.
• Minimum one year in healthcare.
• Experience in blood or plasma collection preferred.
• Ability to perform physical assessments.

Responsibilities

• Assess donor suitability through interviews, medical history, and test result reviews.
• Administer routine care per SOPs.
• Respond to medical issues and escalate critical cases.
• Counsel donors on reactive test results and refer for follow-up.
• Collaborate with the Center Medical Director and staff.
