Kedrion Biopharma Inc. is seeking a Medical Screener to join Kedplasma's donor screening team. You will greet donors, collect health data, and perform basic health measurements with a focus on donor safety and regulatory compliance.

You will work with healthcare professionals to review health histories, monitor vitals, and document accurately in regulatory systems. A commitment to patient comfort and thorough records is essential.

Formación

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service experience, healthcare setting preferred.
• Ability to document data accurately and follow regulatory guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and register donors, ensuring accurate data entry.
• Guide donors through health screening, reviewing health histories.
• Perform vital signs and fingerstick sampling to assess hematocrit and protein.
• Prepare equipment per SOPs and troubleshoot as needed.
• Maintain donor records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Explain donation steps and center policies to donors.
• Monitor donor safety and report adverse reactions to staff.
• Operate systems like NDDR and CDCS per guidelines.
• Support plasmapheresis and donor comfort during procedure.
• Assist with audits and maintain a clean work area.
