Kedplasma is seeking a Medical Screener in Phoenix, AZ to join our plasma donation team. You will greet donors, perform health screenings, take vital signs, and support the donation process to ensure donor safety and compliance with regulatory standards.

You’ll work with experienced staff to maintain accurate donor records, explain procedures, and help uphold cGMP and FDA guidelines. This role may require flexible hours and on-site work at the plasma center.

Qualificações

• 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare, retail, or plasma/blood collection
• Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills
• Detail‑oriented with a commitment to accuracy and regulatory compliance

Responsabilidades

• Greet and register donors with accurate data entry
• Guide donors through health screening and assess need for medical review
• Take vital signs and basic samples to assess hematocrit and protein levels
• Prepare and calibrate screening equipment and troubleshoot as needed
• Monitor donor safety and report adverse reactions to staff
• Explain donation process and center policies clearly to donors
• Maintain donor records meeting cGMP and regulatory requirements
• Operate NDDR and CDCS systems per guidelines
• Keep work area clean and stocked, update supply lot numbers
• Support plasmapheresis by preparing equipment and assisting with connections
• Participate in center audits with accurate records and documentation
• Collaborate with staff to meet production goals and donor experience
• Answer donor/public inquiries courteously and transfer calls as needed
