Job summary

Kedrion Biopharma Inc. is seeking an EMT/LPN/LVN or RN to support donor safety in a plasma collection center. The role involves evaluating donor eligibility, managing medical incidents, and ensuring regulatory compliance in a fast-paced setting.

You will work with the Center Medical Director and team to educate donors, monitor immunizations, document accurately, and respond to adverse events while maintaining a positive donor experience.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice in the state where the center operates.
• CPR certification is required.
• At least 1 year of healthcare experience preferred.
• Familiarity with FDA, OSHA, CLIA and cGMP regulations is beneficial.
• Experience in plasma or blood collection is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate donor eligibility for plasmapheresis and related programs.
• Manage medical incidents and maintain donor safety.
• Educate donors on process, risks, benefits, and consent.
• Administer immunizations and monitor adverse reactions.
• Document procedures accurately and maintain donor charts.
• Assist with plasmapheresis and whole blood procedures when needed.
• Maintain emergency equipment and readiness for any situation.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
