Job summary

Kedrion Biopharma Inc. seeks licensed LPN/LVN or RN professionals to support plasma donation in a fast-paced clinical setting. You will evaluate donor eligibility, manage medical incidents, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering a positive donor experience.

You will educate donors on procedures, administer immunizations, monitor reactions, and maintain readiness of emergency equipment in collaboration with the Center Medical Director and team.

Qualifications

• Licensure in the state where the center operates (e.g., LPN/LVN or RN).
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate donor eligibility and manage medical incidents.
• Support donor safety and health in a plasma donation setting.
• Educate donors on process, risks, and informed consent.
• Administer immunizations and monitor adverse reactions.
• Maintain emergency equipment and readiness.
