Qualifications

• Proven experience operating plasma cutting machinery in manufacturing or fabrication.
• Strong knowledge of CNC laser cutting, programming, and machining processes.
• Blueprint reading and GD&T understanding to interpret drawings.
• Hands-on welding and sheet metal fabrication experience.
• Precise measurement with calipers and micrometers; safety focused.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate plasma cutting machines per blueprints and drawings.
• Program CNC plasma tables with CAD/CAM to optimize paths.
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment to minimize downtime.
• Read blueprints, GD&T and specs for fabrication projects.
• Inspect parts with precision tools and uphold quality standards.
• Move materials safely using forklifts and cranes; assist assembly as needed.
