Job summary

A leading plasma collection organization in Tulsa is seeking a qualified individual responsible for ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations during plasma collection. The successful candidate will maintain donor comfort, manage equipment, and ensure cleanliness while providing excellent customer service. Candidates must possess a high school diploma and ideally have some customer service experience, along with strong communication and organizational skills. This role requires working flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Three months experience in clerical or customer service position preferred.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English required.
• Ability to read numbers on screening equipment and perform basic calculations required.

• Ensure total operation compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Monitor donor conditions and ensure comfort and safety during procedures.
