Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Certified as Phlebotomist, Donor Processor, Plasma Processor, and Designated Trainer.
• Typically requires 4 years of related experience in phlebotomy, donor processing, and plasma processing.

Responsibilities

• Perform all tasks and supervise donor flow in the plasma center.
• Learn and maintain compliance with FDA/OSHA/CLIA/cGMP and SOPs.
• Supervise donor selection, plasma collection, and records for quality.
• Attend required trainings and document records thoroughly.
• Maintain clean facility and ensure equipment is in good working order.
• Submit timely reports to Center Manager/Assistant Manager.
• Assist in donor funds control and training of staff.
• Maintain communication with service areas for accurate documentation and quality.
• Build rapport with donors to support long-term donations.
• Report unsafe conditions to supervisor and assist in equipment repair as needed.
