BioLife Plasma Services is hiring a Medical Support Specialist in Kyle, Texas. This role involves determining donor eligibility, managing donor adverse events, and ensuring compliance with plasma collection regulations.

BioLife Plasma Services is a subsidiary of Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Ltd. You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and will perform as a Medical Support Specialist (Plasma Center Nurse) to support plasma center operations. You will determine donor eligibility to donate plasma, manage donor adverse events, review laboratory test results, and notify donors of unsuitable test results.

The Medical Support Specialist works under guidance of the Center Manager (or Assistant Manager) and under management of the Center Physician for medical issues. The Specialist must be familiar with regulations of the plasma collection industry or manufacturing environment, and follow guidance provided by BioLife Medical Affairs while providing center‑level support of environmental, health, and safety (EHS).
Compensation includes an hourly wage range of $24.32 – $33.44, supplemented by short‑term incentives for U.S. based employees.
