Qualifications

• Licensed healthcare professional in the applicable state.
• Experience in donor screening and med tech procedures is preferred.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements for plasma collection.

Responsibilities

• Determine donor eligibility, informed consent, and donor acceptance.
• Evaluate donor reactions and manage medical emergencies per SOPs.
• Refer to Center Physician or Medical Affairs for medical issues.
• Support vaccination programs for employees as applicable.
• Manage occupational health incidents with EHS guidance.
• Serve as Pandemic Coordinator when authorized by EHS.
