Quad West Allis is seeking a Plasma Table Operator to turn raw metal into precision parts for production lines. You will set up, operate, and maintain CNC plasma cutting equipment, ensuring parts meet quality standards and are delivered to the next stage of production.

You will combine technical skill with safety discipline, read drawings, and program cutting instructions. This full-time role is on-site with first shift hours and a strong emphasis on accuracy and teamwork.

• Certification—or willingness to become certified—to operate powered industrial vehicles, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.

Job Description:

Turn raw metal into precision parts that keep production moving. Quad is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Plasma & Burn Table Operator to set up, operate, and maintain CNC plasma cutting equipment while ensuring every part meets our quality standards.

In this role, you’ll combine technical skill, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety to produce accurate cuts, troubleshoot equipment, and finish parts for delivery to the next stage of production. First shift Monday through Friday 7A.M.- 3:30 P.M.
