Job summary

IntraEdge Technology is seeking an Applications Specialist to provide Level 2/3 support for PPM platform issues, troubleshoot diverse incidents, and perform root cause analysis with permanent fixes.

The role includes platform administration, governance, and monthly releases, while enabling robust reporting and data management, alongside integration support with Workday, ServiceNow, Jira, ERP/CRM systems.

Application Support

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 application support for PPM platform-related issues.
• Troubleshoot functional, data, security, integration, and performance-related incidents.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent corrective solutions.
• Manage service requests, user queries, incidents, and defect resolution.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to resolve complex application issues.

Platform Administration

• Configure and maintain portfolios, projects, workflows, forms, fields, security roles, and user permissions.
• Maintain application governance, configuration standards, and best practices.
• Support monthly releases, patches, upgrades, and enhancement activities.
• Monitor application performance, availability, and overall platform reliability.
• Maintain system configurations and ensure alignment with business requirements.

Reporting & Data Management

• Develop, maintain, and support operational and executive-level reports.
• Create dashboards, KPIs, and management reporting to support business decision-making.
• Perform SQL-based data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor data quality, integrity, and consistency across integrated platforms.
• Support data reconciliation and investigation of data-related issues.

Integration Support

• Support integrations between PPM platforms and enterprise applications, including:
• Workday
• ServiceNow
• Jira
• ERP and Financial Systems
• CRM platforms
• Monitor integration/interface jobs and troubleshoot data flow and synchronization issues.
• Support API-based and file-based integrations.
• Analyze integration failures and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
• Validate data exchanged between PPM and downstream/upstream systems.
