Job summary

International Paper, Magnolia Box Plant, Magnolia, MS, is seeking a Plantwide Helper to support machine operators, perform quality checks, and collaborate across shifts. The role requires reliability, safety awareness, and the ability to follow directions in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Starting pay is $15.75 per hour with full-time hours across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, including occasional weekends. Benefits include PTO, retirement and health coverage, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Lifting up to 50 lbs and ability to perform physical tasks.
• Ability to read a tape measure and use basic computer tools.
• Adaptability to change and teamwork-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to operate a PIT if required.
