Job summary

Kelly is seeking a Workers Compensation Plant Rep I to work at a premier client in Dearborn, MI. The position offers a 07:00 AM to 03:30 PM shift and pays $26/hour.

You will set up and enter new claims in the claim management system, conduct plant investigations, interview claimants, employers, medical professionals and witnesses, and help with return-to-work plans. Requirements include 1–3 years' experience in workers' compensation and a HS Diploma; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have 1–3 years of related Workers' Compensation experience.
• High School Diploma / GED required; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• Eager to collaborate with Medical, Human Resources, and Labor to facilitate return-to-work plans.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and entering new claims into the claim management system, ensuring correct claim coding and proper documentation.
• Performing plant investigations and 3-point contacts.
• Interviewing claimants, employers, medical professionals, legal counsel, and witnesses to prepare thorough investigation summaries.
