Job summary

Pim Brand is seeking a Manufacturing Performance Leader to guide CI across the Somerset, NJ plant. You will lead a team of CI engineers, align projects with business priorities, and drive value through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies on the shop floor and leadership level.

The role focuses on safety, quality, cost, delivery, and morale, with emphasis on deploying standardized CI practices and analytics to sustain gains across production, maintenance, and supply chain.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Industrial and System Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or closely related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching and performance guidance to CI engineers to improve safety, quality, cost, delivery and morale.
• Develop CI strategies, annual improvement plans, KPI targets and roadmaps for execution and sustaining results.
• Lead plant-wide CI initiatives, productivity programs, waste elimination, flow optimization and digital enablement (Redzone).
• Partner with Finance and SAP teams to validate project results and monitor savings/productivity impacts.
• Coach leaders in High Performance Work Systems and conduct Gemba Walks to reinforce CI culture.
• Maintain CI dashboards/KPIs and support TPM, Lean manufacturing, and CAPA activities.
