Job summary

The Plant Waterer/Groomer position at Weller Brothers in Sioux Falls involves monitoring plant health, watering and feeding plants, weeding gardens, and keeping green spaces and walkways free of debris. Excellent customer service is required to assist customers promptly and courteously.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee day-to-day maintenance and watering of plants.

Communicate with customers in a professional manner. Use knowledge of turf grass and landscape industry to inform and educate customers.

Trim and fertilize plant material

Keep plants free of weeds

Keep gardens and green spaces clear of debris and litter.

Willingness to work as part of a team or alone, in all weather conditions.

Follow all policies as specified in the Employee Handbook

Commit the hours necessary to make sure the job is done to satisfaction.
