Ball Corporation in Pittston, PA is seeking a Supervisor, Plant Warehouse to lead the warehouse function, ensure safety, and coordinate inbound/outbound shipments. The role emphasizes maintaining accurate inventory and supervising hourly labor with attention to safety standards.

Experience in warehouse supervision and computer literacy is required; familiarity with JDE and transportation coordination is a plus. Onsite work with potential overtime and travel between Ball locations.

Qualifications

• Broad training in a related field usually via college or work-related experience.
• Job related experience for 2 year(s) minimum.
• Ability to operate a computer and perform basic math calculations.
• Maintain professional competence, ethical integrity, knowledge, and skills.
• Working knowledge of warehousing principles and supervisory practices.

Responsabilités

• Supervise the plant warehouse function as directed.
• Maintain a safe and secure work environment and conduct safety inspections.
• Lead safety culture efforts, food safety system and lean practices; perform risk assessments.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, aging, and finished goods status; manage packaging and raw materials.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and yard management as applicable.
• Provide forklift training and orientation; maintain equipment.
