Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• 6+ years of operations, engineering, manufacturing or related experience required.
• Polymer technology experience 3+ years preferred.
• No visa sponsorship or US work visa available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Works with the operations team to apply problem-solving and technical expertise.
• Elevates knowledge of the plant and technology with SMEs.
• Ensures MET is understood and process automation is used to optimize performance.
• Diagnoses and documents root causes of asset utilization losses.
• Maintains daily KPI/trends for optimum plant performance.
• Responds to plant issues and emergencies as they arise.
• Leads technical experts during unplanned events and implements corrective actions.
• Improves plant Raw Material Efficiency and ensures permit compliance.
