Qualifications

• Strong leadership experience managing large-scale aggregates, quarry, or mining operations.
• Deep knowledge of safety, environmental, maintenance, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams through coaching and accountability.
• Experience with budgeting, P&L ownership, cost management, and operational decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead aggregate plant and underground mining operations to achieve safety, production, quality, and cost-performance goals.
• Foster a strong safety culture through visible leadership, risk management, regulatory compliance, and workforce engagement.
• Drive operational excellence by improving equipment reliability, plant efficiency, maintenance performance, and resource utilization.
• Manage site financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, production planning, and achievement of business objectives.
• Develop, coach, and support supervisors and employees while fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
