• Strong documentation and presentation skills.

• Able to work indoors on office and processing floors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality standards at shipping as required by customers.
• Manage customer deduction spreadsheet for warehouse issues.
• Oversee Employee Training Qualification Program and validation of trainees.
• Develop Standard Work Instructions, checklists, and visual aids.
• Conduct cross training and re-qualification as needed.
• Maintain training materials and logs/matrixes.
• Assist in safety programs, problem solving, and continuous improvement training.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Notify designated personnel of irregularities in materials or equipment.
• Provide monthly safety and other required trainings.
