Job Summary

Production Plant Operator contributes to the operation and stewardship of equipment used in air separation, vacuum swing absorption and CO2 plants; we also value a commitment to the care and maintenance of plant mechanical, instrumentation and electrical devices and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain equipment in air separation, vacuum swing absorption and CO2 plants.
• Support startups, training and leave coverage for fellow production team members.
• Assist in troubleshooting and maintenance of plant mechanical, instrumentation and electrical devices.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• 2-3 years of industrial plant / cryogenic plant experience preferred.
• Understanding of control valve functions and systems used to control flows & pressures on industrial tanks.
• Experience troubleshooting equipment in a plant environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Air separation plant or related industrial experience.
• Water treatment principles and equipment.
• Refrigeration systems.
• Air separation and associated technologies.
• Electrical/Instrumentation experience or interest.

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $26 to $30 per hour.
• Bonus: 4% annual.
• Work Schedule: 12-hour rotating shifts and On Call.
