Job summary

MITER Brands is looking for a talented Supply Chain Manager for their plant in Tualatin. This role involves leading the Procurement, Scheduling, and Receiving departments while driving continuous improvement in processes and ensuring superior customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and significant experience in operations leadership within a manufacturing context. A competitive salary between $108K and $135K is offered, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Three plus years in an operations leadership role with direct reports.
• Five plus years in a manufacturing setting with a demonstrated history of career advancement.
• Experience in production planning, procurement, and inventory control is desired.
• Knowledge of inventory replenishment methods (Min/Max, Reorder Point, Kanban, MRP, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Drive accountability to a safety-first culture.
• Lead Procurement, Scheduling, and Receiving departments.
• Improve processes, reduce costs, and increase quality.
• Analyze inventory turns and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with suppliers to improve pricing and quality.
