Quikrete Heavy Construction Materials in Dallas, GA is seeking a Plant Supervisor to oversee ready-mix concrete plant operations, ensuring safe, efficient production and timely deliveries.

You will lead staff, monitor batching quality, coordinate with the Plant Manager, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining equipment and facility standards.

This role requires supervisory experience, DOT/OSHA knowledge, and strong communication to ensure client satisfaction and on-time service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3 years’ experience with concrete and related products.
• 1 year maintenance and supervisory experience preferred.
• Current driver’s license (CDL) preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT, OSHA, EPA, and related regulations.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with multiple parties.

We are looking for a PLANT SUPERVISOR to join our team in Dallas GA. As a Plant Supervisor with Quikrete Heavy Construction Materials, you will oversee ready-mix concrete plant operations, ensuring proper equipment, materials, and production to meet client needs. Maintains safety for personnel and customers, coordinates daily production and deliveries with the Plant Manager, and provides timely reports. May also handle scheduling to ensure efficient, on-time distribution and customer satisfaction.

• Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate positive working relationships with all levels of management and staff.
• Bilingual is desired but not required.
