Job summary

Rasmussen Group is seeking a Plant Supervisor in Boone, IA to lead a ready-mix plant. You will oversee production, delivery, and inventory to meet customer needs and ensure smooth daily operations with a focus on safety and quality.

You will lead, train, and develop your team, manage equipment and maintenance, and ensure plant safety programs are followed. A CDL and state certifications enhance your candidacy, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years ready-mix plant experience.
• CDL with clean driving record.
• IDOT Aggregate & PCC Technician Certifications (1&2).
