Job summary

Central Iowa Ready-Mix Inc. is seeking a hands-on Plant Supervisor to lead a busy ready-mix plant, ensuring safe operations, quality control, and timely deliveries.

You will oversee production, manage a team of drivers and staff, train and develop personnel, and uphold maintenance and safety programs across the plant.

This role offers weekly pay, a competitive base salary, and comprehensive benefits, plus PTO from day one and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years ready-mix plant experience.
• CDL with clean driving record.
• IDOT Aggregate & PCC Technician Certifications (1&2).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
